weiss nicht ob nur bei mir die recaros so unterschiedliche anschlüsse besitzen oder ob das normal ist??
auf jeden fall bräuchte ich einen schaltplan der sitzanschlüsse beim 164QV24V und auch von den
recaro sportsitzen, um diese anzuschliessen ohne grossartig herumzuexperimentieren...

am foto sieht man die situation beim fahrersitz - da passt nämlich nur der stecker für den sicherheitsgurt. :cry:
ähnlich siehts auch auf der beifahrerseite aus, da passt ein stecker und der andere nicht.

wenn wer weiss wie die komplett unterschiedlichen farben der drähte zusammengehören würde
mir auch das weiterhelfen - als plan, oder auch nur als foto...

we are still trying to find out how this should be connected.
mayebe someone else has a clou or this diagramm at least may help somebody...

I only can tell something about the wireing on the car side (164QV):
Seat motors:
- Black is Ground
- Violet (Purple) is the 12V positive lead from the batterie (Fuse #20 -> 30A) to the seats for the motors

Heated seat Left:
- Black is Ground
- Black/White is 12V positive lead (Fuse #9 -> 20A / Relay H -> Top/Right) for the heating
- Gray/Yellow is the lead to the control-panel

Heated seat Right:
- Black is Ground
- Black/White is 12V positive lead (Fuse #9 -> 20A / Relay H -> Top/Right) for the heating
- White/Red is the lead to the control-panel

Alan I have checked my driver's seat, in this is how it is installed in my car.....

From the car from the seat
-Purple ------------on--------------red (12V Always)
-White/Black-------on--------------white/red (Heating)
-Black 2times-------on--------------Black
-Yellow/White------on--------------Yellow/Red

Always use a Tensiontester(sorry don't know the German/English word for it)

What's left to need to be installed is from the car side the yellowcable witch comes together with a Black cable. It is to indicate in your cockpit that the heating is on.

Just to check your heating button on your console, you need to hear the relay, this is also with your memoryfunction, if you do not hear your relay change it. Be aware that it is not a common relay (20/30A memory)

I suppose the yellow/white on your seat is the yellow/red on my seat.

I hope I have the time next week to finally fix this.
I will post about my progress.

well I would not wonder if you had other colours than me ;)

so to write it down and complete the thread:
the passenger side connects this way:

car-----------------------------------seat

2xblack-----------------------------black
white/black------------------------white/red
purple-------------------------------red
white/red---------------------------??

My problem with the connection is a little bit different.
I´ve also the connectors from the Recaro-car with 10 cm cable on it.

On the passenger side its easy, I must connect the cables with similar colours :mrgreen:

On the driver side its the same, too, but there´s left one more cable coming from the seat:
A small red/yellow one, as You can see it on alvis´ diagramm.
What function does it have?

Even the colours at the seat are different from alvis:
Both side have:
red ----------- purple ----------------------- 12V+
red/withe --- black/white ----------------- heater +
black -------- black ------------------------- Minus
black/red --- grey/yellow or grey/red --- control lamp
driver seat:
yellow/red --- yellow/red ------------------ :?: :?:

seat -------- Q4 car cable ----------------- function
