@Reiner,
No Offence, but it's about an international meeting.
Only thing we ask for is for owners of the Alfa 164, to join us having a great weekend.
We (Hendrik and I) are from the Dutch Alfaclub (SCARB), and in no way is there any discussion about an international meeting. Our Alfaclub has a lot of contacts and is willing to help in each way. Maybe this is something to think about.
I also can write a letter to your club, and ask for some promo or maybe working in this together.
I want also make clear that, if you can't drive your Alfa 164/168 because it's not road worthy or you sold it. NO problem! If you honour the 164/168 you can join the party.
It's all about the Alfa 164/168 and it's owner this weekend.
I hope we can get a lot of memers talking about this event, and let everybody know who has an Alfa 164/168 there is something coming up.
We are preparing a Facebook page for this special event to reach as much owners as possible.
Let's keep things positive, and this IS gonna happen. That's for sure!!
Regards,
Erwin

I´m sure if it makes sense to organize the german part with the AlfaClub.
Let me tell You why:
There are only five or six 164 driver which are in the AC and not in this forum (or in another one).
I don´t have an email list of the 164 register members, every mail must be sent to the office (Geschäftsstelle), from where the informaions are sent around, but not only per mail, because this is forbidden.
Also it´s not allowed to send mails directliy to the register members.
Furthermore we can´t make an official AC 164 register meeting if at the same weekend is already another event of the AC, because the board is afraid we "steal" members from each other.
When we create an event in this forum it may be possible that we can´t invite the AC 164 register members officially.
Thats one more reason, why I´m not motivated.
The other reason is that I don´t have any working Alfa to participate at a meeting
